Terms shared by both plans

Clear monthly terms, with time to resolve a failed payment.

Renewal: Billed monthly until you cancel.
Cancellation: Cancel any time. Access continues until the end of the paid month, then the plan does not renew.
If a payment fails: You keep access for a 7-day grace period while payment is retried.

How customer payments work

Your subscription is separate from the money your customers pay you. You record those payments yourself. OzInvoice does not process them, and invoices do not carry an online payment link.
